  • What services do you offer?
    We provide dog walking, pet sitting, over night care, and drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and small animals.
  • Where do you operate?
    We service Alexandria, VA. If you’re nearby, we may accommodate depending on timing and distance.
  • Are your walkers and sitters trained?
    Yes. Each team member completes a certification process to ensure quality and care.
  • How do I book?
    You can book via our website, DM, phone, or email. We’ll confirm availability and set up a meet-and-greet if needed.
  • Do you walk in bad weather?
    Yes, unless it’s dangerous. We adjust walk times for your pet’s safety in extreme conditions.
  • Do you care for pets with special needs?
    Absolutely. We handle medications, senior care, and customized routines.
  • How do payments work?
    We invoice weekly (Sat night/Sun morning). Cards on file are charged every Sunday, and you’ll receive a receipt.
  • Do you accept one-time or occasional clients?
    Yes. One-time or as-needed clients must complete all paper work, have a card on file, and prepay for services. Cancellations result in service credits for future use. Note: Dog walking and pet sitting are handled by separate departments. pet sitting booking policy; • Trips over 4weeks out: Small deposit • Trips 1 4 weeks out: Full payment required • Cancellations: Funds become credits in your account for future pet sitting
  • What is needed before services begin?
    We need your pet’s vet info, care details, and a card on file before starting services. Hours of Operation: Mon–Fri: 9 AM – 7 PM Weekends: Closed, except for pet sitting Emergency weekend walks are available at an extra cost (see service page for rates).
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we are fully insured.
